THE CASTLE WINE SOCIETY is designed to give our members the opportunity to receive our highly acclaimed wines direct from the winery at significant savings, including new releases in advance of general distribution that may never be released to the public. These handcrafted wines are produced in limited quantities, so act now to receive savings on all of your favorites!

Here's how THE CASTLE WINE SOCIETY Works:

• No annual membership fee!  Must be at least 21 years of age to join.
• Four or Twelve bottles will be shipped to you quarterly or bi-annually automatically at 20%* Club savings. Shipments will include Pre-Release and Library Guild selections as inventory permits.
• Wine Society members can re-order the current Wine Collection within 30 days of club delivery notification and receive a 30% discount!
• Our quarterly Newsletter, wine notes and recipes will be included with each shipment.
• As a Member, you will receive a 20% discount on any other current wine release and Castle merchandise purchases, whether made at the winery or ordered to be shipped to you.
• You will receive a 25% discount on all case purchases.
• You will receive a special 30% discount on reorders of the current Wine Society selection within 30 days of shipment.
• Holiday shipments will include a special "Thank You" gift from the Castle Tasting Room Family.
• Special pricing for custom designed private events.
• Invitations to Wine Society Only events, including winemaker dinners, open houses and pre-release parties.

Tasting Collection and Red Delicious Collection shipments are scheduled for release at the beginning of March, June, September, and December. Holiday Collection shipments are scheduled for the two months you chose at the time of sign-up.

Terms & Conditions:

• Due to alcohol shipping restrictions, we can ship wine only to the following states (tax rates shown as required by law):

• Estimated shipping costs for each 4-bottle club shipment via ground service**:
  

  · AZ, CA, NM, NV, OR, WA ~ $17.00

  · CO, IA, IL, LA, MI, MN, MO, ND, OH, TX, WI, WY ~ $20

  · FL, GA, NC, NH, NY,SC, VA ~ $20

  · AK ~ $48

  · HI ~ $48

  You may pick-up your wine at our tasting room (122 West Spain Street, Sonoma, CA) to avoid shipping costs. However, due to our limited space, if your wine is not picked up within 30 days from scheduled release, it will automatically be shipped to your billing address with shipping charges bill to your credit card.

• You must maintain a valid shipping address (business preferred), as someone at least 21 years of age must sign for your wine delivery.  Business address is defined as an official business building. Home business addresses fall under residential rates. Expenses incurred to reroute shipment will be billed to your credit card.
  
• You must keep your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express information current and authorize Castle Vineyards & Winery to automatically charge your credit card for each Wine Society Collection (including applicable taxes and shipping charges).
• Membership is effective immediately with your order.
• Sorry, no substitutions.
• In order to join the Wine Society, you must certify that you are at least 21 years of age.
• You must maintain a valid billing and shipping address (business preferred), as someone at least 21 years of age must sign for your wine delivery. Business address is defined as an official commercial business building. Expenses incurred to reroute shipment after 3 attempts will be billed to your credit card.
• Extra charges incurred for undeliverable wine returned to Castle Vineyards & Winery will be applied to your credit card.
• You must keep us current with your Visa, Discover, MasterCard or AMEX number, expiration date, billing address (where you get your credit card statement), and a current e-mail address.
• Discounts and pricing subject to change without notice; discounts not in addition to other promotions.
• **Shipping costs subject to change without notice. Castle Vineyards will determine the best way to ship wine, depending on weather.
• You may cancel my Wine Society Membership at any time after the first shipment. To cancel your membership, or to make any changes to your membership, the request must be made in writing or via email to the Wine Club Manager, Laila@CastleVineyards.com, at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled shipment. Your membership and benefits are not transferable.
